When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number and message so we can reply. We do not collect anything else through this website, and we do not use it to track you.

How we use your information

We use the details you send only to answer you and to help you join or support the club. We do not sell or share your information, and we will never pass it on for marketing.

Youth players

Where a message is about a young player, a parent or carer should send it. We handle any details about children with care and in line with FA safeguarding guidance.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to help you, then we delete them. Membership records are kept while you play for the club.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email secretary@ashcomberovers.co.uk and we will help.
